*** Important note regarding courier of acrylic items: While care is taken to package your products, note that acrylic items are extremely fragile. If we are going to courier to you, we advise customers to order a few extra in the rare event that your package arrives with stock damaged.
We use The Courier Guys and generally dont have many issues with damages, however we will NOT REPLACE damaged stock on any acrylic (perspex) items should this be the case.
Should this not meet your satisfaction , we would suggest either
collecting from our offices or sending your own dedicated courier service.
Terms & Conditions
All products supplied are checked to the best of our ability and where possible, we generally supply slightly more than the quantity ordered. As printing is a mass run operation, Acceptable quantity Level (AQL) of 3% over or under can be expected. Colours may vary from substrate to substrate due to ink saturation etc.
For security reasons we do not accept cash or cheques. Payment only via EFT into our Nedbank account. Card facility is available for certain orders only. Please inform us beforehand if you intend making card payments, as we do not accept card payments for all orders.
